On the piano nobile (main floor) of a beautiful nineteenth-century building in the heart of the historic centre of Treviso, an apartment has been renovated to hold a charming B&B. The name Le Convertite is derived from the small church which stood in town in previous centuries welcoming prostitutes who wanted to redeem themselves. The three large rooms contain antique furniture gathered from antique shops all over Europe, combined with oriental lanterns and decorations to result in a warm and refined ambiance. The bathrooms are particularly well-finished and separated from the rooms by vintage cast-iron framed windows. Breakfast is served in the main hall amongst exotic plants, with homemade cakes, jams and artisanal biscuits, bread and focaccia, cheeses and cured meats. The atmosphere is bohemian and charming.
